    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hiring Manager to lead and manage our recruiting team. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, drive hiring strategies, and ensure we attract and retain top talent across the organization. Working closely with department heads and HR leadership, you will align recruiting efforts with business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and performance goals
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes
    • Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements
    • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes
    • Monitor recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and report on team performance
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
    • Maintain compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
    • Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and best practices
    • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards

    Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
    • Proven experience managing or leading a recruiting team
    • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and HR best practices
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
    • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
