We are seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer – Technical Documentation to support our customer at NSWC Crane, Indiana. This position provides engineering, test and evaluation, technical analysis, and documentation support across production, sustainment, Foreign Military Sales, and laboratory T&E activities for Electronic Warfare systems. The successful candidate must demonstrate two critical capabilities: proficiency in technical writing and proficiency in analyzing technical information. The engineer will review system requirements and technical source data, collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts, support laboratory and field testing, and convert complex technical information into clear, accurate, and configuration-controlled products. These products may include test plans, procedures, test reports, technical assessments, RFI responses, failure documentation, sustainment records, training inputs, and test-event closure briefs.
