Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Test Engineerto support production testing, electronic hardware testing, troubleshooting, and test engineering activities in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with customers and production teams to resolve technical issues and maintain testing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform production testing, electronic hardware testing, and technical troubleshooting.
Identify test failures, analyze issues, and support root cause analysis (RCA).
Provide hands-on technical support to production teams to resolve testing and manufacturing issues.
Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and test documentation.
Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding test results, technical issues, and corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test processes, product quality, and production efficiency.
Ensure testing activities follow established procedures and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant Test Engineering experience.
Strong experience in production testing, electronic hardware testing, and troubleshooting.
Experience working in an electronics or electrical manufacturing environment.
Ability to develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer communication skills.
Must be willing to work onsite in Milpitas, CA.

Pay Scale: $30-35/hr (Negotiable based on experience)
