Description

Job Title: Test Engineer
Location: Longmont, CO (100% Onsite Lab)
Duration: 12 Months
Experience: 5–7 Years
Education: College Degree Required

Role Summary:
Perform system-level testing, qualification, and validation of enterprise SSDs across server and storage platforms. Responsibilities include server setup/configuration, rack-and-stack, drive readiness testing, lab testing, troubleshooting, test data analysis, and technical reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in system testing, hardware validation, system integration, or platform testing.

  • Knowledge of enterprise SSDs, NVMe (especially dual-port NVMe), and NVMe over Fibre Channel is preferred.

  • Experience with server/storage platforms such as Dell, Supermicro, Lenovo, HPE, NetApp, or Oracle.

  • Linux OS experience and strong hardware/system troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to independently investigate issues, analyze test results, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

Preferred: Direct SSD validation, datacenter infrastructure, SRRV/SRRCV testing, and scripting experience.
