    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are seeking a Test Engineer for a manufacturer of high-pressure gas systems and combustion equipment which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in test design, validation testing, and instrumentation looking to further their career in mechanical engineering and product validation.

    • Design test plans and procedures for high-pressure gas systems, combustion units, vaporizers, and custom builds
    • Execute factory acceptance testing (FAT), high-pressure testing, and performance validation; analyze data and report findings to engineering teams
    • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot test stands, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems for pressure, flow, and temperature measurement
    • Establish safety protocols and collaborate with the engineering team on test execution and equipment management

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline with 3+ years of hands-on test engineering experience
    • Demonstrated experience designing and building test stands and instrumentation, including data acquisition systems for pressure, flow, and temperature measurement
    • Strong technical writing skills to produce clear, complete test reports; proficiency with Excel required

    BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with environmental testing and thermal characterization
    • Python programming experience for data analysis and test automation
    • Background in mechanical tooling, aerospace, propulsion, energy, or related manufacturing industries
