Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute V&V protocols for medical-device software and embedded systems.
• Perform black-box, white-box, integration, and system-level testing.
• Analyze test results, investigate anomalies/defects, troubleshoot issues, and document findings.
• Maintain requirements-to-risk-to-test traceability, including requirements, risks, test cases, results, defects, and corrective actions.
• Develop and execute Test Method Validation protocols.
• Perform Gauge R&R, ANOVA, statistical analysis, repeatability/reproducibility, and measurement-system evaluation.
• Define test acceptance criteria based on requirements, risk, intended use, and regulatory expectations.
• Support risk management, risk controls, design controls, and risk-based testing.
• Prepare clear test protocols, reports, validation reports, and technical documentation suitable for audits and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software, Electrical, Biomedical, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field + 2 years relevant experience, OR advanced degree + 0 years experience.
• Experience in software testing, V&V, or Test Method Validation within a regulated product-development environment.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, requirements traceability, defect management, and design controls.
• Strong technical writing, documentation, statistical/data analysis, troubleshooting, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical results clearly.
