Test Engineer II - Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using k6 and JMeter.
• Execute load, stress, spike, soak, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Perform performance testing of APIs, web applications, and backend services.
• Analyze response times, throughput, error rates, CPU, and memory utilization.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare performance test reports and support capacity planning.
  Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5–12 years of overall experience in performance testing.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with k6 (mandatory priority).
• Strong knowledge of JMeter.
• Experience testing REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and other API architectures.
• Scripting knowledge in JavaScript, Groovy, or Python.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized applications (EKS preferred).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing code using Java or Python.
• Exposure to performance benchmarking and capacity planning.

• Deep knowledge of JMeter and k6
• K6 and JMeter
• Experience testing APIs (All API Architecture) and web applications
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized applications (EKS etc)
• Build and maintain performance test scripts in JMeter and k6
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (Any cloud would work)
