Test EngineerThis Test Engineer will be responsible for developing robust test plans, verification strategies, and validation activities. They will create and maintain test procedures for multiple test environments, support aerospace, environmental, vacuum, and research testing programs, operate test equipment and collect performance data, troubleshoot hardware, systems, and test-related issues, and support test station build-up, calibration, maintenance, and equipment procurement.A successful Test Engineer will have 8+ years of testing or hardware validation experience, experience testing hardware products in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability industries, hands-on experience within laboratory or clean room environments, experience with environmental or qualification testing, proficiency using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and related lab equipment, experience developing test procedures and documentation, familiarity with ESD-sensitive hardware and quality processes, and spaceflight hardware, vacuum chamber, or aerospace testing experience preferred.What's on offer includes a base salary dependent on experience, unmetered vacation plus paid holidays and sick time, comprehensive medical and dental coverage with a strong employer contribution, 401(k) with immediate vesting and company match, life insurance coverage, short-term and long-term disability benefits, and the opportunity to contribute directly to next-generation space technologies.
