Ultimate Staffing is seeking New Electrical Engineering Students or Graduates / entry-level Test Engineers to join our client's team in Plano, TX. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to launch or grow a career in hardware engineering while supporting hands-on test engineering initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

The Test Engineer I will support new product introduction and manufacturing operations through the development, implementation, and optimization of test solutionsfor electronic products. This role will help design and maintain test programs,develop test fixtures and jigs, validate engineering changes, troubleshoot product issues, and support quality throughout development and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test fixtures, test jigs, and automated test programs for electronic products.
• Evaluate, validate, and verify engineering design changes and manufacturing process modifications.
• Plan, assess, validate, and track Design for Testability (DFT) requirements for new product
