TAB Supervisor – Testing, Adjusting & Balancing

We're seeking a TAB Supervisor to coordinate and support field technicians performing testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC systems throughout Puerto Rico. This hands-on role is suited for a technical professional who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and delivering quality service.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and support field technicians performing TAB work.
- Coordinate daily assignments, schedules, equipment, and materials.
- Participate in fieldwork, including testing, adjusting, and balancing HVAC systems.
- Review field measurements, documentation, and reports for completeness and accuracy.
- Help troubleshoot airflow, water flow, and other HVAC system issues.
- Communicate project progress and site needs to management and customers.
- Ensure work follows applicable procedures, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Support technician training and help maintain organized project records.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in TAB, HVAC commissioning, HVAC systems, or a related mechanical field.
- Experience leading technicians, crews, or field work.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, HVAC plans, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with airflow and water flow measurements, balancing instruments, and field documentation.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and availability to travel throughout Puerto Rico.
- Technical diploma, associate degree, engineering degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- NEBB, AABC, or TABB certification.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or laboratory environments.
