Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English language instruction for multilingual learners.
• Develop lessons that support speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Adapt instruction to meet students’ individual language proficiency levels.
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate instructional records.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to support student learning.
• Provide targeted support to help students participate successfully in the general education curriculum.
• Maintain a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and educational team members.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in TESOL, Education, English, or a related field.
• Valid state teaching certification or TESOL/ESL endorsement, as required.
• Experience working with English language learners preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for students with varying language abilities.
