    Description

    Why Exapta

    Exapta Solutions (https://www.exapta.com/

was founded in 1998 to bring better tools and techniques to no-till farming. Our team combines farmer insight, agronomic principles, and engineering precision to solve field problems that other manufacturers often overlook.

We serve farmers, equipment dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and industry partners who expect useful answers, honest recommendations, and practical solutions. This role is for a salesperson who wants to represent products with a real purpose and earn without a commission cap.

    The Opportunity

This is a consultative field sales role, not an order taking position. You will develop an assigned territory by combining purposeful prospecting, company provided opportunities, existing relationships, referrals, trade shows, equipment demonstrations, and on farm inspections.

You will speak the language of farmers and agricultural equipment. That means asking good questions, recognizing planter and drill performance issues, and translating technical observations into clear recommendations that improve the customer’s operation.
