Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Company Overview: Join our growing dental company, which is dedicated to providing best-in-class and unique service to businesses across the territory. We are actively seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our presence in South Texas.


Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of current dental sales experience. This role requires a candidate who is willing to travel 40% of the time, including overnight trips, to meet with clients and promote our products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Develop and execute a strategy to identify and close new B2B partnerships for dental day services
  • Prospect, qualify, and engage leads across industries (e.g., corporate offices, residential communities, schools, and large organizations)
  • Customize proposals and negotiate partnership terms to fit each business or organization’s needs
  • Track pipeline, performance, and conversion metrics in CRM systems to ensure transparency and accuracy


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in dental products or services sales, preferably B2B or service-based models
  • Proven success developing new business and building long-term client relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), and a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel regionally or nationally (up to 40%) to meet with partners and attend events as needed


Compensation:

  • Base salary ranges from $85,000 - $130,000 (depends on experience)
  • Bonus: Solely based off of performance (% of total production monthly)
