Location: Remote, within the assigned territory | Travel: up to 80% | Full-Time, Exempt

Base Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000

About the role

In The Ditch Towing Products has built a 40-year reputation for premium towing and recovery equipment. We are expanding our field sales organization and hiring three Territory Sales Representatives to own and grow defined geographic territories across the United States. This is a build role. You will carry your own territory, develop direct relationships with OEM upfitters, equipment dealers, jobbers and distributors, and help shape how we go to market as we grow.

Each territory runs as a two-person team. You work the field; a dedicated Customer Service Representative carries your accounts between visits. You are measured on the same territory result, so you are never covering a territory alone.

What you will do

  • Own every account in your territory — maintain, grow, and develop new business across upfitters, jobbers, distributors, and equipment dealers.Build direct relationships with the people who decide what equipment goes on a truck.Sell to fleets and end users through equipment specification, with fulfillment through our wholesale distribution partners.Carry a territory quota and a rolling 90-day forecast you own and defend.Work the ERP and CRM as real tools — territory analysis, account plans, quotes, and customer profiles, not just call logging.Partner daily with your Customer Service Representative and hand off cleanly so nothing falls through.Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.
What you bring

  • 3+ years in outside sales, territory management, or account management, with a track record of carrying and hitting an individual quota.Experience selling through dealer, distributor, or upfitter channels preferred. Towing, work truck, trailer, heavy-duty aftermarket, or comparable industrial distribution experience is a strong plus.Comfort with relationship-led, premium-product selling — competing on service and brand value rather than on price alone.Strong self-management. This is a remote, travel-heavy role with a lot of independence.Working proficiency with CRM and ERP systems and with Excel.High School diploma or GED required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight.
