Territory Sales Representative – Impact Windows & Doors
Territory: Manatee County | Full-Time | B2B Outside Sales | New Construction

Experienced in outside sales to builders, contractors, or developers? Join a well-established Florida company selling impact windows and doors into the single-family residential new construction market.

This is not an in-home sales role. This is a true B2B territory sales position focused on builder relationships, account growth, and new business development.

What You’ll Do
Develop and grow business within an assigned Sarasota-area territory
Call on builders, developers, contractors, and other decision-makers in single-family residential new construction
Build new relationships and expand existing accounts
Generate opportunities, present solutions, and close new business
Coordinate with internal teams to support a strong customer experience
Manage territory activity, follow-up, and pipeline consistently

What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B outside sales experience
Experience selling to builders, developers, general contractors, or related construction professionals
Impact windows and doors, glass and glazing, fenestration, or related building products experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of brands such as PGT, CGI, Andersen, ES, or similar product lines is a plus
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage a territory independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based systems

Ideal Background
This role is ideal for someone who understands the new construction sales process and has experience selling into builder accounts rather than direct-to-homeowner retail sales. Candidates from impact windows and doors, glass and glazing, exterior building products, or construction-related distribution are strongly encouraged to apply.
