Territory Sales Representative.
WORK LOCATION Calvert, AL
DETAILS: Perform full lifecycle sales order management, including the receipt, review, and processing of customer purchase orders, ensuring alignment with production capabilities and delivery timelines. Analyze and document customer technical and commercial requirements and communicate such requirements to internal stakeholders, including production planning, supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams. Prepare and issue customer quotations (RFQs), evaluating product specifications, pricing structures, lead times, and applicable commercial terms. Monitor open orders, production progress, and shipment performance, providing timely updates to customers and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Manage assigned customer accounts by tracking purchasing patterns, supporting demand planning activities, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer-related issues, including delivery delays, material availability constraints, and service escalations. Support forecasting activities by monitoring order intake, sales volumes, and invoicing projections to ensure alignment with production planning. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, quotations, and account strategies using SAP and CRM systems.
50% WFH is allowed when not traveling.
Up to 50% travel within the United States and Canada to visit customer facilities, conduct business development meetings, support account management activities, attend industry events, and participate in operational and technical discussions with customers and internal teams.
Job Requirements: Associate's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field. Foreign equivalents accepted.
