    Job Title: Territory Sales Rep


    Location: Baltimore, MD


    Company Overview: Join our growing dental company, which is dedicated to providing top-quality dental equipment and solutions. We are actively seeking a motivated Territory Sales Rep to drive sales growth and expand our presence in Baltimore, MD/DC.


    Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Rep with clinical experience. This role requires a candidate who is willing to travel 50% of the time, including overnight trips, to meet with clients and promote our products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and dental offices.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

    Qualifications:

    • Clinical experience (Hygienist / RDAs)
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight stays.

    Compensation:

    • Starting base salary: 65,000
    • OTE; $90,000 - $100,000 first year
    • Second year: $120,000 - $130,000
