Our client is seeking an early-career Territory Sales Representative to generate qualified leads within the medical aesthetics market. This field-based role focuses on prospecting physicians, MedSpas, and aesthetic practices, re-engaging existing customers, qualifying opportunities, and handing off leads to senior sales consultants for demonstrations and closing.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of quota-driven outside sales experience selling tangible products, strong communication skills, and a competitive, self-motivated approach.

Qualifications:

2–5 years of outside sales experience; medical device, capital equipment, or B2B product sales preferred.

Candidates from ADP, Paycom, Paycor, Xerox, Cintas, or similar organizations are encouraged to apply.

Salesforce experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.

Compensation: $70K–$80K base | $100K–$120K OTE
