Territory Sales Manager (soccer.com)

Job Purpose
Builds and oversees functions of our Youth Club Partnerships within our Team Sales Division. This position will focus on developing relationships with the decision makers within the youth club market and growing sales within a specified territory, while maintaining an elevated level of service.
Responsibilities
Build a relationship with our Youth Clubs and their decision makers.
Translate into a partnership the makes Soccer.com exclusive uniform partner
Responsible for 70-80 Accounts
Build productive professional relationships with coaches and athletes to enhance loyalty
Build sales strategy through market research, lead generation and quote conversion
Manage Youth Club partner relationships including:
Organizing and presenting standard Uniform assortment
Forecasting of logos and product; building out product selection
Direct liaison between SEI and Club Decision Makers
Main point of contact for questions and needs
Prospect and determine new opportunities through speaking with brand partners
Key Performance Indicators (KPI's):
Sales Growth for Youth Club Partners. Growth can be achieved by increasing the existing partner business and/or adding new partners
Maintain SEI Margin goals through following pricing policies
Bid on business through Omni-channel marketing and sales including email, Clearslide, conventions and on-site events.
Travel expectations
Travel is required to meet face to face with partners and prospects. Travel to corporate office is expected 4-5 times per year.
