Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for expanding sales of Paxiom Group's complete line of automated packaging machinery across multiple industries. This role calls for a driven and self-motivated professional capable of managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution development, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing while delivering exceptional customer experiences and measurable results

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in capital equipment, manufacturing, or industrial sales is an asset, but not required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and onsite demonstrations.

Deliverables and Performance Expectations

  • Submit monthly projections, sales results, and quarterly reports to the Director of Sales.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM (Zoho) database.
  • Prepare and submit professional estimates and contracts to clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and maintain targeted selling margins.
  • Manage expenses responsibly and within budget guidelines.
