Territory Sales Manager - Central South

Location: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana or Arkansas (must reside within territory)

About the Role

D&D Technologies is seeking a high-performing, results-driven Territory Sales Manager to aggressively grow revenue and market share across the Central South region. This is a true "hunter" role suited to a proactive sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive significant sales growth and market share across the territory
  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calling and lead generation
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across multiple industries
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies
  • Target key accounts including:
  • OEMs
  • Distributors
  • Fence contractors
  • Non-fence industry segments
  • Analyse sales data using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Power BI to identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver product training and presentations to customers and partners
  • Build strong networks through industry events, associations, and trade shows
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, expense, and reporting records

About You

You are a highly motivated sales professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You bring energy, resilience, and a passion for achieving outstanding results.

Skills & Experience

  • 3-5+ years of proven success in sales (territory management experience preferred)
  • Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned to KPIs
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong analytical capability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); CRM experience advantageous

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
