Territory Manager — Women’s Health Surgical (Central NJ)

You’ll build and own a new territory (Central NJ), driving adoption, running hands‑on trainings, and supporting cases in the OR and office settings. What You’ll DoOpen and grow new accounts; demo the system; handle quotes/ROI reviews; run physician and staff training; provide case support.

About the Role: Join an emerging women’s health device company with a best‑in‑class surgical platform used by OB/GYN surgeons. You’ll build and own a new territory (Central NJ), driving adoption, running hands‑on trainings, and supporting cases in the OR and office settings.
 
What You’ll Do

• Open and grow new accounts; demo the system; handle quotes/ROI reviews; run physician and staff training; provide case support.
• Maintain CRM/call plans; travel across the territory with regular time in the OR.

 
You Bring

• Proven OR surgical sales experience with strong case coverage skills, ability to train surgeons and support live cases.
• Comfortable with complex case coverage; able to lift 50 lbs and spend long periods scrubbed in.

 
Comp/Perks: 130K Base salary.  190k guarantee first year. Average reps earning $270.  Top reps 400k+.
