Belt Power is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to help grow our business and support customers throughout the assigned territory. In this role, you'll build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and provide industrial solutions that help manufacturers and distribution operations improve productivity and reduce downtime.

As a national leader in conveyor belting, conveyance products, and related industrial solutions, Belt Power offers the opportunity to work with a diverse customer base while partnering with knowledgeable industry professionals.

What You'll Do

• Grow and manage a portfolio of existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Deliver solution-based recommendations using Belt Power's broad product and service offerings.
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Partner with operations, account management, and leadership teams to ensure customer success.
• Attend customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
• Track sales activities and maintain an active pipeline to achieve growth goals.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in outside sales, industrial distribution, manufacturing, automation, material handling, or a related industry preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated professionals with a consultative sales mindset.
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Salary Description

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00
