Territory Manager – Uncapped Commissions + Career Growth

Ready to take control of your career and income? We’re looking for competitive, motivated sales professionals to grow with our award-winning company. If you’ve sold in roofing, solar, or retail (or anywhere you’ve thrived on customer relationships), you’ll love this role.
  • Base Salary: $25K–$35K
  • First-Year Potential: $55K–$75K+
  • Uncapped Commissions+ Warm Leads (no cold calling)
  • Flexibility to run your own schedule and build your territory
What You’ll Do
  • Meet customers, create accurate project estimates, and manage jobs start to finish
  • Deliver great service that drives referrals and repeat business
  • Represent our brand at appointments, networking groups, and community events
  • Track and follow up on leads to consistently hit (and exceed) goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Hungry, self-motivated salespeople who want to own their success
