    Position Overview
    We are seeking a technically minded, driven Territory Manager to manage and grow Allied Supply’s air filtration business within the Southwest Ohio territory including Cincinnati, Dayton, to Piqua and surrounding markets.
     
    This is a field-based sales position focused on new business development, account growth, and consultative solution selling. The successful candidate will spend significant time meeting customers, prospecting for new business, evaluating customer applications, and developing relationships throughout the territory.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Grow the territory: Develop new accounts and expand existing customer relationships.
    • Prospect and sell: Identify opportunities, conduct sales calls, present solutions, negotiate, and close business.
    • Own the territory: Plan and execute sales activities, manage opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
    • Provide solutions: Understand customer needs and recommend filtration and Indoor Air Quality solutions that provide measurable value.
    • Build relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with customers, contractors, engineers, facility managers, and other key contacts.
    • Develop technical expertise: Maintain strong knowledge of filtration products, HVAC systems, Indoor Air Quality, energy efficiency, and industry trends.
    Qualifications
    • Proven B2B sales, outside sales, or territory management experience
    • Experience selling into industrial, healthcare, commercial, HVAC, building materials, or related markets preferred
    • Mechanical aptitude or engineering mindset strongly preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is a plus
    • HVAC, filtration, Indoor Air Quality, or building materials experience is a plus
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong prospecting and business-development skills
    • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
    • Organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
    Work Environment
    This is a field-based sales position requiring regular travel throughout the assigned territory, including customer visits, sales calls, job-site visits, and facility evaluations. The Territory Manager will work in offices, warehouses, manufacturing plants, customer facilities, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and outdoor environments and may involve climbing ladders and working in varying environmental conditions while adhering to safety guidelines.
    Overnight travel may occasionally be required based on customer and business needs.
