Territory Manager - HVAC Equipment

Slakey Brothers has an immediate need for a Territory Manager - HVAC Equipment to service new and established accounts in Concord, California!

Territory: Concord, Oakland, Berkeley, Martinez, San Ramon, Brentwood, Antioch, Pittsburg, American Canyon, and Vallejo.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm (core business hours will be spent actively working in assigned sales territory meeting in-person customers at business locations, job sites, and other customer activities. Response to customers may be necessary outside of these core business hours.)

Responsibilities

• Introducing and selling HVAC supplies to residential and commercial contractors
• Targeting potential customers and developing new accounts
• Bidding jobs, producing quotes, processing customer orders, and providing customers technical product information

Qualifications

• Related industry outside sales experience
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Demonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines with accuracy
• Customer service-oriented approach

Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $90,000 to start with an expected transition to commission within 3-24 months depending on the sales territory (Base pay rate offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience).
