Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Territory Loss Prevention Director who is passionate about keeping our team safe, our locations secure and protecting our product & reputation in Nike Stores throughout the Western United States. This role must be located within the Territory supported (preferably Portland, OR) and will require an extensive history of success leading teams and managing Loss Prevention, Asset Protection or Security programs in a multi-unit setting.
As a Territory LP Director, you will:
This will be accomplished through:
Your ability to share expertise and lead your team to execute LP responsibilities including Incident Management, Physical Security, Theft & Investigations, Profit Protection, Safety and Risk Assessment.
Establishing a culture of accountability through hiring, setting clear expectations, developing talent and performance management.
Building relationships and cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders in teams such as Resilience, North America Retail Operations, Legal, Communications, Human Resources, Employee Relations and others.
Building external relationships that include Law Enforcement Agencies, Retail Partners, and LP Industry Channels.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
4 year degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field preferred
A minimum of 10 years directly relevant experience
5+ years of experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection or Operations
3+ years of experience leading teams
Relevant experience leading teams in multi-unit retail or customer service orientated environment
The ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Experience influencing key business partners and senior leadership
Ability to operate in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment
Proven ability to use data and analytics to make business decisions
Strong inter-personal and networking skills to interact in a professional manner
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
