    IDR is seeking a Territory Administrator (Los Angeles, CA) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves managing administrative duties across multiple company properties and market teams, supporting operational efficiency and financial processes within a dynamic, multi-site environment.

    Position Overview for the Territory Administrator (Los Angeles, CA):

    • Responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of administrative and support functions for all properties and market teams within the territory.
    • Includes financial administration, facilities management, vendor relations, contract oversight, and inventory control.
    • Collaborates with shared service teams to ensure operational processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities, including expense control and vendor procurement.
    • Ensures compliance with industry standards and internal policies for security, safety, and operational procedures.

    Requirements for the Territory Administrator (Los Angeles, CA):

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, or financial tracking with a high level of ownership.
    • Proven background in procurement, vendor management, or contract administration.
    • Strong organizational skills supporting regional or multi-location teams.
    • Experience with financial systems and reporting tools, project coordination, or shared services environments.
