This is a hands-on leadership position for a manager who is comfortable being present in the operation, developing employees, managing performance, and taking ownership of overall site results.The Terminal Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the operation, including safety, staffing, training, productivity, quality, customer expectations, and financial performance. We are looking for a leader who can balance operational demands with employee development while maintaining a strong safety culture.Candidates with management experience in automotive processing, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, warehousing, railroad operations, distribution, or other high-volume industrial environments are encouraged to apply. Railroad experience is beneficial but not required.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Terminal Manager, you will:Provide overall leadership and management oversight for assigned vehicle processing operationsDirect and support supervisors, leads, and hourly associates to achieve daily operational goalsManage an operation consisting of approximately 25–50 associatesEnsure compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, FRA, and DOT regulationsMaintain compliance with company and customer safety policies, operating procedures, work instructions, and site SOPsEnsure employees receive appropriate job-specific training and understand established work proceduresMonitor productivity, labor utilization, quality, staffing, and overall site performanceManage financial performance and P&L responsibilitiesIdentify performance gaps and develop corrective action plans when necessaryMaintain a strong focus on workplace safety and accountabilityBuild productive working relationships with customers and company leadershipAssist with recruiting, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and retentionRespond to operational issues and adjust staffing or workflow based on business needsPromote a professional, team-oriented work environment focused on continuous improvementWhat We're Looking ForQualified candidates should have:3+ years of management-level experiencePrevious responsibility for P&L and operational performanceExperience managing approximately 25–50 employeesStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsExperience working in a production-driven, logistics, transportation, automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environmentRailroad or vehicle processing experience is a plusAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operationA valid driver's license when operating company vehicles or equipmentAbility to safely operate both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles when requiredWork Environment & ScheduleThis is an on-site, working management position within an active vehicle processing operation.
