Court Name/Organization Colorado Bankruptcy Court Overview of the Position The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado is accepting applications for two anticipated Judicial Law Clerk vacancies (Term and/or Career) in the chambers of U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Thomas B. McNamara in Denver, Colorado. One position is expected to become available in January 2027, following the elevation of the current Career Law Clerk to a judgeship. The second position is anticipated to begin on or around June 15, 2027. Start dates may be negotiable.
