    Description

    The Department of Mathematics, College of Arts and Sciences, at Texas A&M University invites applications for an appointment as the Arthur George and Mary Emolene Owen Chair of Mathematics, a tenured position at the rank of Professor. This is a full-time position with a 9-month academic appointment beginning in the fall semester 2027. Candidates are expected to be leaders in their research field, and all areas of mathematics will be considered.

    Responsibilities for this position include teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels, research, and service to the Department and the University.

    Qualifications

    Ph.D. in mathematics or related field is required.
