Our team combines craftsmanship with precision tooling to deliver projects that enhance Charleston’s architectural landscape—whether preserving history or creating something entirely new.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Tenoner Machine Operator to join our production team. You’ll be a key
part of creating precise, high-quality window sashes using both digital and manual
machinery. This is a detail-driven role that blends hands-on craftsmanship with technical
precision.
What You’ll Do
Operate tenoner machinery (digital and manual) to create window sashes.
Perform sizing, assembly, sanding, and application of stops.
Prepare components for priming and conduct audits and quality checks.
Read and interpret CAD drawings to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to maintain production schedules.
