Tenant Services Coordinator (Commercial/Retail) – Denver, CO
- Invoice Review, Tenant Charge Backs, Service Calls.
- Assist Asset Manager with 3rd party management.
- Request GWO’s for incoming leases/renewals/relocations
- Pull monthly financials for Property Manager
- Vacancy spreadsheets and updates
- Tenant notices (for parking lot work, lender inspections, etc.)
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Computerized Phone system (Fonality a plus)
- Detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-starter and able to work independently
