Job Description

Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for commercial construction projects
Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop complete project pricing
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving recommendations
Collaborate with project management and operations teams during preconstruction
Support proposal submissions and help secure new business opportunities

The Successful Applicant

For the Estimator we are seeking:

3-5 years of estimating experience within commercial construction
Experience estimating Class A office, high-rise, and tenant improvement projects
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing strategies
Experience performing accurate quantity takeoffs and bid analysis
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment
