Adecco is currently seeking a Tenant Coordinator for a Commercial Property.
Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant requests, concerns, complaints, and resolutions.
Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and other property management reports.
Draft, edit, and maintain documents, correspondence, and property-related records.
Collect, review, and enter tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs) into the property management tracking system.
Draft vendor service contracts, track contracts through full execution, and upload completed agreements into the appropriate system.
Monitor vendor service contracts and COIs to ensure documentation remains current.
Maintain the tenant and vendor work order system, including entering, updating, tracking, and closing work orders.
Assist with creating key fobs and Datawatch access cards.
Assist with invoice review and approval processes.
Maintain meeting notes, agendas, reports, and other property management documentation.
Initiate check requests and assist with tracking property management expenses.
Track Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA) requests, including collecting required documentation, drafting check requests, and submitting requests for approval.
Assist with tracking tenant and building plans, construction documents, and other construction-related documentation.
Respond to and coordinate tenant maintenance requests and issues.
Assist with special projects and other property management initiatives as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
