Description
CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking a Temporary Staff Accountant for our client focused on luxury services. This is a part-time remote opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who is highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working independently with Sage Intacct, AP/AR processes, and financial data imports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage imports and exports between Excel and Sage Intacct.
- Verify and validate employee and employee expenses.
- Develop Sage Intacct import templates for vendor invoices.
- Provide AP and AR accounting support.
- Identify and resolve accounting/data issues independently while seeing projects through completion.
Qualifications:
- Mid-level accounting experience, including AP and AR.
- Working knowledge of Sage Intacct.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with financial data imports, exports, and validation.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Schedule: 24 hours per week / 3 days per week
