We are looking for a highly experienced Smartsheet consultant who can quickly acclimate to a recently implanted architecture and assist with the following:
El Paso County is seeking to engage one temporary contingent staff member for an estimated 60–90 day assignment to support a critical Smartsheet improvement initiative. We are looking for a highly experienced Smartsheet consultant who can quickly acclimate to a recently implanted architecture and assist with the following:
- Decompose stakeholder requirements, solution demonstrations, testing, user acceptance, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful implementation.
- Improve a recently implemented Smartsheet PPM framework and Resource Management environment to support resource planning, capacity management, time tracking, forecasting, and utilization reporting.
- Configure reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations that improve project governance, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices for Smartsheet platform architecture, governance, portfolio management, and Resource Management capabilities.
- Develop and deploy additional Smartsheet Control Center blueprints, project intake workflows, templates, automated project provisioning, and governance processes.
