Description
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team! In this role, you will assist healthcare providers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone, email, and electronic inquiries from providers
- Research and resolve provider concerns in a timely manner
- Educate providers on policies, procedures, and self-service resources
- Document all interactions accurately
- Partner with internal teams to ensure issue resolution
- Provide professional, world-class customer service
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service experience required
- Medical billing experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
