Do these sound like you?
- Enjoy turning wiring diagrams into reliable, field-ready assemblies that meet NEC requirements?
- Comfortable working with single- and three-phase systems across 120/208/240/480 V?
- Skilled with hand/power tools, test equipment, and precise layout work (drill, tap, punch)?
- Like starting early and getting a full week’s work done in four days—with overtime opportunities on many Fridays?
The role
You will perform electro-mechanical production assembly to build components and finished products used in temporary power and safety applications. This is hands-on work where quality, accuracy, and safety matter every step of the way.
Where you’ll work
Ericson Manufacturing Company designs and manufactures temporary power, lighting, and electrical safety equipment for commercial/industrial construction, facility maintenance, and more. We’re a family-owned company (since 1918) with a mission to safeguard jobsites through high-quality, innovative, Made-in-USA solutions that last.
Schedule
- Standard: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday (four 10-hour days)
