Success inthis role will be demonstrated by providing students with guidance, maintaining the safety and well-beingof students, assisting with instruction, and maintaining a positive classroom climate in the absence of thefull-time teacher. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher is desirablePrevious experience working with children is desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build supportive relationships with students.Patience, compassion, consistency, and adaptability to meet students' behavioral needs.
