General Scope of Work
This position will support the work of the Center for Community Engagement. The Center oversees and coordinates an array of ETSU strategic priorities and programming aligned with ETSU's mission to "improve the quality of life for the people of the region and beyond." Broadly speaking, the Center leads and manages the Go Beyond the Classroom Quality Enhancement Plan, ensures ETSU is meeting all the standards to maintain the Carnegie Classification for Community Engagement, leads all aspects of the ETSU Community-Engaged Learning designation for courses and co-curricular experiences, and promotes the benefits of university-community engagement.

Event Planning:
Provide support for planning, logistics, and management for the many campus-based programs each year as well as external-focusing events.
