Position Details:

Salary Range: $34.27 - $41.66

  • Generally, salary placement is at the beginning of the salary range.
  • Advanced placement may be granted depending on related education and experience.

Status: Full‑time, Temporary

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications:

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

Education/Training:

  • Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade preferably supplemented by legal secretarial courses.

Experience:

  • Four years of increasingly responsible legal secretarial experience.

Legal Administrative Assistant

Ideal Candidate:

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Experience in legal secretarial work with strong knowledge of legal terminology and document formats.
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail when preparing and reviewing legal documents.
  • Skill in organizing case files, managing records, and maintaining efficient filing systems.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong communication skills, polished writing abilities, and a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency with office software and comfort using legal research tools.
  • Reliability, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
