What You'll Do

As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will:

  Prepare, image, configure, and deploy desktop computers, laptops, and work-from-home equipment.
  
• 
  Perform basic hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting for desktops, peripherals, and related devices.
  
• 
  Assist with software installations, updates, and system configurations.
  
• 
  Document support requests, hardware inventories, configurations, and issue resolutions using established procedures.
  
• 
  Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when appropriate.
  
• 
  Provide professional technical support to users via phone, email, and in person.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate equipment records and organized deployment workspaces.
  
• 
  Support day-to-day IT operations and assist with additional projects as assigned.
