Temporary Employment Investigations Coordinator

Responsible for supporting the Human Resources function by assisting with employee and talent relations matters, managing workplace investigations from intake through resolution, and providing timely documentation, case summaries, and disciplinary actions. This role requires strong judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to navigate a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while interfacing directly with clients and talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR and Employee Relations with inquiries, cases, and investigation activities.
- Conduct professional phone and virtual interviews with involved parties.
- Prepare clear, organized investigation notes, case summaries, and documentation.
- Research incidents, apply disciplinary guidelines, and issue suspension or termination notices.
- Maintain and update disciplinary actions and case records in internal systems.
- Manage case progress to ensure timely resolution in a high‑volume environment.
- Handle a high volume of correspondence from staff and talent; provide accurate responses and guidance.
- Maintain employee/talent files and process sick pay requests, confirming eligibility and documentation.
- Develop working knowledge of internal policies and operational processes.
- Perform general HR administrative tasks and support special projects as assigned.
