    Data Entry Specialist - Temporary
    Location: On-site

    At Alera Group, our Property & Casualty team helps businesses protect their assets, manage risk, and plan confidently for the future. We're seeking a Data Entry Specialist - Temporary who will support risk strategy, client service excellence, and operational accuracy.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    What You'll Do / Your ImpactClient Partnership & Service Excellence
    • Support internal client service teams by ensuring client files are accurate, complete, and properly maintained
    • Contribute to a positive internal service experience through timely, reliable task completion
    • Communicate professionally with team members when clarification or follow-up is needed
    Operational & Compliance Excellence
    • Perform data entry for personal lines client files with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Scan and upload documents into the client management system in accordance with established procedures
    • Ensure documents are organized, indexed, and stored correctly to support efficient servicing
    • Follow internal processes, workflows, and quality standards consistently
    • Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned
    Growth & Retention
    • Support overall team efficiency by completing assigned work accurately and on time
    • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist with shifting priorities during high-volume periods
    • Contribute to a collaborative, accountable team environment that supports long-term client relationships

    QUALIFICATIONS

    What You BringRequired
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to manage time independently and meet time-sensitive deadlines
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Organized, self-starting work style
    • Ability to shift focus and manage multiple tasks as needed
    • High school or college student status acceptable
    Preferred
    • Prior experience with data entry or administrative support
    • Familiarity with document management or client management systems

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Compensation:
    Hourly range: $16 - $18 per hour
