Temporary Construction Laborers

Looking for a job in construction? West Sound Workforce is hiring temporary laborers across Kitsap and Pierce Counties to support a variety of construction projects, including new builds, remodels, site maintenance, and trades support work. Opportunities are available for both experienced workers and those looking to gain entry-level hands-on experience.

What you might do as a Construction Laborer:

• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and jobsite organization
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Operate basic hand and power tools (cutting, drilling, fastening)
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for project needs
• Support skilled tradespeople on active construction sites

What we are looking for:

• Prior construction experience or willingness to learn basic construction practices
• Understanding of and commitment to jobsite safety protocols
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• Ability to measure, cut, and handle materials accurately
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
