Temporary AP Specialist – Spectrum Software Required

Required Qualification: Candidates MUST have prior hands-on experience with Spectrum Software. We are unable to provide training on this system, so only applicants proficient in Spectrum will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Post vendor AP invoices daily using Spectrum
• Process daily cash postings, including AR payments received via checks and ACH transactions
• Reconcile cash across multiple bank accounts
• Assist with manual and AP check runs
