    Essential Duties: Oversee and manage all voucher, I/E, and DCF slots to ensure full enrollment; Ensure the timely completion of intakes, reassessments, vouchers, and terminations; Coordinate and schedule appointments, processing provider changes as needed; Maintain and update the slot enrollment log; Send completed intake and reassessment paperwork as needed; Track and monitor absences for enrolled children, and keep accurate records; Communicate regularly with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to stay updated on relevant policies, and procedures; Provide phone coverage and assist with other office tasks as needed; All other tasks assigned by supervisor. Role Summary: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing customers' ledger accounts, provide outstanding customer services and back up to the Program Director.
