The Hartford HealthCare Access Center is the central access point for scheduling which will provide timely, accurate, friendly, and clinically appropriate access to Medical Group and other ambulatory services.
The Template Optimization Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and updating provider templates across all specialties within the Access Center. They will ensure the templates are built, maintained per the guidelines set by the Access Scheduling Operation Groups and ensure changes approved by review panel. Assist in tracking provider time clinical time and administrative time. Assist in gathering and tracking trends that are presented to leadership to ensure the impact of change is understood. The Template Optimization Specialist will work with manager, clinicians, practice managers, and practice directors. Assist Cadence analysts with review of build for specialty. Work within service level agreement.
Position is primarily remote with some requirement to come onsite as needed for team meetings and office onsite visits. Role is focused on supporting AC integrated specialty provider templates.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED equivalent required
Minimum of one year in healthcare required
Working in Epic or other practice management system experiences preferred
Provider template experience preferred
