Responsibilities:AS The TEMPEST Engineer you will:
Provide specialized emission-security engineering to protect classified information from compromise through unintended technical emanations.
Perform technical assessments, support secure system and facility design, evaluate risks associated with equipment placement and processing environments, and develop mitigation recommendations consistent with applicable Government standards.
Coordiante with system engineers, facility teams, security personnel, and authorization stakeholders to integrate emission-security controls into classified processing areas and operational configurations.
By documenting findings, validating protective measures, and resolving technical issues, the TEMPEST Engineer reduces compromise risk and helps ensure that sensitive systems and spaces maintain the engineering protections required for secure operation.
